Matthew Dills

Matthew Dills has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Matthew most recently served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ITC Holdings Corp. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Hylant, where they played a key role in driving growth and expansion goals. Matthew also held various leadership positions at First Solar, including Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided strategic deployment of HR services and led global and regional teams. Earlier in their career, they served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at The University of Toledo and as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Owens Corning. Matthew started their career at The Hartford as an Assistant Director of Corporate Human Resources. Matthew also gained experience at LEGO Group and Heath New England. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and HR strategy.

Matthew Dills received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Bowling Green State University in 1990. Matthew then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, which they obtained in 1993. Following this, they attended The University of Toledo's College of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a specialization in Labor & Employment in 2004. Before their college education, Matthew Dills completed their high school education at St. John's Jesuit in Toledo, Ohio from 1981 to 1985.
