Rakesh Batra

Rakesh leads ITC Infotech’s Finance and Legal departments, which provide a solid pulse of ITC Infotech’s business and act as a true safety net for the company. With over 30 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, treasury and taxation in the consumer products, IT and ITES businesses, Rakesh was the Chief Financial Officer of a start-up public limited company, which was a joint venture of ITC Infotech and Sitel (erstwhile Client Logic). He has been with us for over 14 years in his current role as CFO.
