Yashika Thukral

Yashika Thukral is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as an Assistant Under Training in Marketing at ITC Limited since July 2023. Yashika previously held the position of Head of Projects and Research at Not Just Marketing, NMIMS Mumbai, from July 2021 to March 2023, where numerous marketing research projects were successfully onboarded with major brands. Yashika's notable roles included co-mentoring a corporate consumer research project with Unilever and conducting extensive market research for prominent brands like KFC and Unilever. Yashika's early career involved an internship with ITC where a Pre Placement Offer was awarded for exemplary project performance, and work as an Analyst at EY GDS. Yashika holds an MBA from NMIMS and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University, paired with extensive leadership experience in various capacities within Enactus Ramjas and the Ramjas Placement Cell.
