Paul Ruben Palem

Paul Ruben Palem currently serves as a People & Culture Expert at itdesign Meisterplan India Private Limited and as an HR Business Partner at itdesign GmbH, both positions held since October 2023. Prior to these roles, Paul held the position of Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist at Manhattan Review India from October 2014 to June 2023, focusing on HR operations. Between September 2013 and October 2014, Paul was a Managing Member at M/s Gayatri Minerals. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Wesley PG College (2011-2013) and an Engineer's Degree in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (2006-2010). Education also includes an Intermediate degree from Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalasala and a High School degree from Little Angels English Medium High School.
