Erik Harbers

Erik Harbers is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various industries, including diagnostics, supply chain, and technology. Currently serving as the Manager PMO at ITEC since October 2022, Erik previously held roles at Vanderlande, where responsibilities included managing the PMO of the Supply Chain Center Europe and overseeing Continuous Improvement activities within the Warehouse Solutions Business Unit. At Philips Pathology, Erik functioned as the R&D Performance Manager, focusing on enhancing R&D performance for strategic decision-making, and as a Process Improvement Engineer, leading successful process improvements. Erik's early career included significant contributions as a Manufacturing Expert and Research Assistant at Future Diagnostics Solutions, emphasizing quality and efficiency through Lean manufacturing methodologies. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from HAN/HLO.
