Alan Chapman

Alan Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Alan started their career as an Audit Manager at Articles in 1990 and worked there until 1994. Alan then moved on to Full Maintenance Leasing where they held the positions of Financial Executive and Business Development Executive from 1995 to 2005. After that, Alan worked as a Consultant for various BEE Companies from 2005 to 2010. Currently, Alan holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at Itec Southern Africa, a position they have been in since April 2010. In their current role, they work closely with the CEO and Executive Director in overseeing the company's budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.

Alan Chapman attended Kingsway High School from 1984 to 1988. Alan then pursued a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Bcompt) degree at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1990 to 1994. In 2000 to 2001, they studied at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours (Accounting) degree. Additionally, Alan attended the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, where they pursued a Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification starting in 2004.
