Brian Knox

Brian Knox has extensive experience in repair operations and technical support, currently serving as the North American Director of Repair Operations at iTEK Services, Inc. since May 2013. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Director of Repair Services at Ingenico Group from May 1998 to May 2013. Brian began their career in the technology sector at Symbol Technologies, where Brian worked in TechSupport from 1985 to 1993.
