Jovana Dinic

Jovana Dinic is an experienced HR specialist currently employed at Itekako since April 2023, previously serving as an HR assistant. In addition, Jovana has been a columnist for Amplitude Magazin since September 2021. Prior experience includes an internship in clinical psychology at Klinika za psihijatriju Klinički centar Srbije and a role as a talent sourcer at Rho, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing for challenging tech positions, candidate interaction, and process optimization. Jovana also worked as a talent sourcer at Workpuls. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in clinical psychology and bachelor's degrees in philosophy and industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Belgrade.
