Alicia Rodríguez

Alicia Rodríguez has a diverse work experience. Alicia is currently working as an HR Lead and HRBP at Omnicom Health Group since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at BLING, a mobile app company, from March 2021 to May 2023, where they managed a user base of over 1.5 million in France, Spain, and Belgium. Alicia also worked as a People Operations Specialist at Kantox, a fintech company, from June 2019 to March 2021, and as an HR Manager at Hundredrooms (acquired by Holidu) from January 2017 to June 2019. In addition, they have experience as a Recruiter and HR Officer at the same company during different periods. Before transitioning to the HR field, Alicia worked as a Psychologist at the Penitentiary Center of Cáceres and the Geriatric Center Fonseca. Prior to that, they had a brief experience in the CS department at Orange España in 2015.

Alicia Rodríguez has a diverse education background. Alicia studied business administration, human resources, labor law, and labor relations at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
