Daniel Knick

Daniel Knick has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Daniel began their career in 2000 in the US Army, where they gained extensive experience in logistics and leadership. Daniel continued to be promoted and eventually held the role of a commissioned officer in charge of logistics.

In 2008, Daniel worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Crusader RTO, where they revamped inventory control systems and supervised various store operations.

Daniel then became the Regional Director at Lyons Cleaners in 2009, where they supervised employees and directed a region consisting of three states. Daniel also addressed claims and conducted training sessions for employees.

From 2011 to 2020, Daniel worked at Allstate as a Property Team Adjuster. In this role, they investigated and managed a high volume of property claims, initiated new procedures, and trained team members on various topics.

In 2014, they joined Brentwood Services Administrators, Inc. as a Senior Claims Adjuster, where they oversaw Occupational Accident claims, served as a back-up supervisor, and collaborated with IT and senior leadership to improve the claims process.

In 2020, Daniel worked as a Senior Operations Project Manager at The Goldie Group. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies to improve inventory management and maintained vendor and customer relationships.

Currently, they are the Director of Operations - Wood Restore at itel, where they have achieved significant growth, increased revenue, and improved financial stability through strategic sales and operational plans. Daniel has also implemented employee engagement initiatives, managed change, and maintained quality control procedures.

Throughout their career, Daniel has consistently exceeded performance targets and demonstrated success in challenging and dynamic industries.

Daniel Knick completed their bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Belmont University, attending from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Chopticon High School but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained various certifications in subjects such as problem-solving, adopting elite habits, artificial intelligence, business strategy, neuroscience, and operational excellence from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in May and April 2023.
