John Puopolo

John Puopolo is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at itel, John plays a pivotal role in optimizing the property insurance claims process through data and technology solutions. In addition to this position, John holds board and advisory roles at the Copyright Clearance Center, Vation Ventures, Guidepoint, and Harvard Business Review, contributing expert insights on technology and strategy. Previously, John held CTO roles at CorEvitas and Eliza Corporation, and served as Senior Vice President of Technology at Best Doctors. John’s academic contributions include teaching in the Computer Science department at the University of Massachusetts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and further studies at Harvard University and Coursera.
