Anil Akuri

Anil Akuri has extensive experience in the field of HR, spanning over 18 years. Anil'smost recent role was as an HRIS Lead at itelCX since February 2022. Prior to that, from January 2020 to June 2022, they worked as an Implementation Consultant, specializing in HCM, Advanced Reporting, and Integrations. Anil has also held positions at Model N as a Principal HR Generalist, Confidential as an HR Consultant, Aarvee Associates as a Manager in HR, Globarena Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Manager, Dassault Systemes as an HR Advisor, and Qatalys as an HR Manager. Anil started their career as a Resource Executive at personal network. Throughout their career, Anil has gained experience in various HR functions such as HRIS systems implementation and administration, troubleshooting user issues, PMS, employee engagement, recruitment, new business unit set up, and more. Anil has also been involved in company acquisition processes and has experience in automation tools for HR processes.

Anil Akuri has an MBA in HRM from Andhra University, which they received from 2001 to 2003. Anil also has a BSc in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University, obtained from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they hold a certification in SAP HCM from SAP, which was obtained in 2011.
