Elaine Atristain serves as the Senior Vice President and Global HRIS Lead at Publicis Groupe since September 2019, previously holding the role of Global Compensation & Benefits Professional. Prior to this, Elaine was the SVP and Director of Global Compensation at Publicis Communications from January 2016 to September 2019, and held similar positions at Leo Burnett from July 1995 to December 2015. Elaine partners with C-Suite executives on compensation and talent matters, designs and manages Global International Assignee Relocation policies, develops cost-effective assignee packages, and provides comprehensive support for employees during international assignments. Elaine possesses a BS in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in General Management from Elmhurst University.
