Helene Hjortdahl-Kristensen has a wide range of experience in the field of HR. Helene started their career in 2006 as a Cultural Representative at The Walt Disney Company. In 2013, they interned as an HR Intern at DNB. Helene then worked as an Administrative Secretary at MSD in 2015. Later that year, Helene became a Recruitment Consultant at TEMP-TEAM Rekruttering og Bemanning. In 2016, they joined Itera as an HR Consultant and over the years, they have held several positions within the company including HR Advisor, Acting HR Manager, and Senior HR Advisor. In their current role as HR Business Partner, Helene provides operational support and guidance to managers and employees, assisting with various HR areas such as employee engagement, sick leave, training, reorganization, legal compliance, and administrative tasks. Helene is also responsible for organizing annual processes such as salary adjustments, promotions, and organizational changes.
Helene Hjortdahl-Kristensen pursued their education at different institutions and obtained various degrees and certifications. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Copenhagen Business School and completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they studied at the University of Bergen (UiB) and acquired a Bachelor's degree (Bachelorgrad) in Sociology. In 2011, they had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on Sociology as part of an exchange program. In 2008 and 2009, they also attended the University of Bergen (UiB) and obtained an undergraduate degree (Årsstudium) in Psychology. Additionally, Helene Hjortdahl-Kristensen holds several certifications, including being a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Stretchgruppen NO since March 2023, PRINCE2® Agile Foundation certification from Glasspaper since June 2021, and an OPQ certification from CEB, now Gartner, obtained in June 2017.
