Mykhailo Pugach

Mykhailo Pugach has a diverse professional background, with their most recent position being a Program Manager at Itera since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Project Manager at Itera from January 2019 to February 2022. In 2018, they worked as an IT Project Coordinator, effectively managing and coordinating various IT projects.

From April 2015 to January 2018, Mykhailo held the position of Technical Lead at Itera, where they played a pivotal role in architecting and developing the backend parts of SOA solutions. Additionally, they took on the responsibility of coaching and mentoring Junior Developers, while leading the team.

In this role, they were involved in software development for billing domestic and industrial electricity consumers, implemented reports and statistical analysis of billing data, and improved user experience through UI enhancements based on Eclipse RCP.

Mykhailo Pugach pursued their education from 2001 to 2006 at the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics. During this period, they successfully completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics.
