Vladimir Gergiev

Vladimir Gergiev has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. Vladimir is currently working as a Technical Lead at Itera, a position they started in June 2021. Before that, they spent five years at Polytech Software, where they held the roles of Salesforce Architect / Technical Lead from September 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Salesforce Developer from June 2014 to May 2016, a Technical Support Engineer from November 2013 to June 2014, and a QA Engineer from November 2012 to November 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Customer Support Engineer at Service online technology from March 2012 to September 2012.

Vladimir Gergiev completed their Master's degree in Micro and Nanotechnology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2007 to 2013. Vladimir also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Ukraine Jobs from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their academic education, Vladimir Gergiev has obtained various certifications from Salesforce. Vladimir became a Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, and Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant in 2021. In 2020, they achieved certifications as a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. Vladimir earned their Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification in 2016 and their Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification in 2016. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained the certifications of Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer.
