Kat Myers

Kat Myers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People at Iterable since June 2021, Kat has contributed to the company being recognized as one of Inc.'s Best Places to Work and ranked second in the Top 25 Girl's Club Companies Where Women Want to Work. Prior roles include Head of People at Respondent and People Partner/Interim Head of People at eero, which was acquired by Amazon. Kat has also been a mentor at First Round Capital and a founding member of TroopHR. A graduate of Emory University, Kat holds multiple certifications and credentials, including from Harvard Business School Online and San Francisco State University, and has engaged in various professional development programs.
