Marcelo Oliveira

Marcelo Oliveira has a strong background in the IT and human resources fields. Marcelo began their career in 2000 as a Programmer at Tomorrow Focus Technologies GmbH. Marcelo then went on to work as a Working student at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined ERV as a Human Resources professional, and later became an IT Coordinator HR at ERGO Group AG in 2011. Marcelo'smost recent position was as a Lead Requirements Engineer SAP HCM & HR Systems at ITERGO starting in 2017.

Marcelo Oliveira obtained a Magister Artium degree in German as a Foreign Language from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2000 to 2005. Marcelo then pursued a degree in Personalfachkaufmann from IHK - Industrie und Handelskammer from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they acquired the certifications of Kanban Practitioner from Lean Kanban Inc. in September 2017, Bachelor Professional of Human Resources from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern in February 2011, Berufs- und arbeitspädagogische Qualifikation (AdA) from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern in March 2010, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2017.
