Ahmed Abdeldayem has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Later on, Ahmed became a Program Manager, leading the delivery of Virginia Department of Transportation's Traffic Operations Program and managing the Integrated ITS Maintenance and Technology Management program. Additionally, they served as a Program Manager/Operations Manager, responsible for developing and executing Iteris' business plan in the Middle East, leading product marketing, sales, and deployment in the Middle East region, and coordinating the establishment of Transport and Roadway Engineering Standards for Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Ahmed started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno, where they gained valuable research experience. Ahmed also worked as a Consultant/Analyst at HBRC, where they provided consulting services.
