Marieta Ciskowska

Marieta Ciskowska has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and HR administration. Marieta started their career in 2012 as a Project Manager at AIESEC. In this role, they gained experience in managing projects.

In 2016, Marieta joined Grow Up Polska - rekrutacje w branży TSL as a Recruiter Specialist, where they focused on recruiting candidates for the transportation, shipping, and logistics industry.

From 2018 to 2019, Marieta worked as a Recruiter and Sales Specialist at Lobo HR, where they were responsible for recruiting and sales.

Since 2020, Marieta has been working at ITFS Sp. z o.o. Initially, they started as a Team Leader and IT Recruitment Specialist. Marieta'srole expanded in November 2021 when they became the Team Leader of a 6-person team. Marieta'sresponsibilities include handling end-to-end HR administration processes, conducting direct face-to-face interviews with candidates, and selecting candidates according to project needs. Marieta is also involved in headhunting and administering the recruitment database.
