Jacqueline Winslow

Jacqueline Winslow, Ed.D., serves as the Executive Director for Student Success and Retention at Ithaca College, a position held since June 2013. In this role, Jacqueline develops and teaches courses focused on meta-learning, providing strategic leadership for first-year and first-generation student programs, and facilitating student dialogue with disciplinary experts. Prior experience includes extensive roles at the University of Delaware, where Jacqueline contributed to the development of the Talent-Based Engagement Cycle theory and held positions that involved managing residence hall operations, directing student engagement, and leading educational initiatives in various capacities. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Curriculum, Technology, and Higher Education, alongside a Master of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, all earned from the University of Delaware.
