Jalen Leonard-Osbourne

Jalen Leonard-Osbourne is an experienced professional in event management and customer service, currently serving in the Athletics and Event Staff role at Ithaca College since September 2021, where responsibilities include assisting with event management and setup for athletic events. Previous experience includes working as a Host at Revelry Yards and as a Catering Specialist with Beacon Events and Catering, demonstrating strong organizational and customer service skills. Jalen has also worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods as both a Footwear Associate and Retail Associate, and provided coaching support at Athletics Westchester, where coaching responsibilities reached the collegiate level. Jalen earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ithaca College, completing studies in May 2025.
