Rupesh Desai

Rupesh Desai is an experienced professional with a strong background in eCommerce and marketing. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at Ithaca College since February 2022, Rupesh has also held senior leadership roles at TPN as Senior Vice President of Commerce and Vice President of eCommerce. Previous positions include Director of eCommerce at Katz Gluten Free and Global eCommerce Director at Newell Rubbermaid. Additional experience encompasses roles at Resource/Ammirati as Director of Media Agency, Aon as Director of Global Interactive Marketing, and Critical Mass as Marketing Science Manager. Rupesh's career began with foundational roles in customer solutions and account management, demonstrating a diverse skill set in digital marketing and analytics. Rupesh holds a B.S. in Economics from DePaul University and completed high school at Amulakh Amichand Bhimji Vividhlakshi Vidyalaya.
