Samantha Elebiary

Samantha Elebiary serves as the Associate Director of Career Exploration and Development at Ithaca College since July 2017, where significant accomplishments include a 30% increase in student engagement, oversight of the college-wide Student Employment program, and facilitation of numerous career readiness workshops. Additionally, Samantha directs the BOLD Women's Leadership Network, managing a $6 million grant budget while providing support to underrepresented women in higher education. With prior roles including Residence Director and Academic Coach, alongside a strong educational background with a BA in Psychology and an MS in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Canisius University, Samantha demonstrates a commitment to student development, equity, and involvement in professional organizations.
