Amanda Timm

Amanda Timm, PHR, currently serves as the Head of Talent & HR Operations at Orkes since August 2025. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at BITKRAFT Ventures as Lead Recruiter and HR Business Partner from January 2023 to July 2025. Previous experience includes positions as a Recruiter at Fortis Games from April 2022 to January 2023, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at 31st Union from June 2020 to April 2022. Early career involvement involved roles at Lucid, LLC, where Amanda progressed from Associate to Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition from May 2018 to April 2020, along with serving as a Graduate Research & Teaching Assistant at Tulane University from August 2014 to May 2018. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a French minor from Purdue University.
