Raphael Milburn

Raphael Milburn is a journalism and computer science student at Ithaca College, expected to graduate in May 2026. Currently serving as the Video Editor for The Ithacan, Raphael directs the video department for the college's award-winning student newspaper, producing four news stories per week for digital platforms. Additionally, as the Web Director for WICB 91.7 FM, Raphael manages the websites for Ithaca College's student radio stations and oversees content updates using Wordpress and HTML/CSS. Previous experience includes an internship with GBH News Digital Video Accelerator, where story research and visual asset creation were key responsibilities, and a role at Sandwich Community Television, which involved live broadcasting and video editing.
