Nicholas Andriotis

Nicholas Andriotis, Chartered FCIPD, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Ithra Dubai, where responsibilities include membership on the Executive Committee and serving as the Secretary of the Ethics, Compliance and HR Committee. With a robust history in human resources, Nicholas has held several key leadership positions including Head of Human Resources at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Director of Talent Management at Dubai World Central, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at National Holding, and Group Human Resources & Corporate Director at Dana Gas PJSC. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Shell as Human Resources Director and earlier roles at Saudi Arabian Integrated Logistic Systems and Sodexo. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies - Management from the Lebanese American University and is a Chartered FCIPD member.
