Rajeshwar Dhayalan

Rajeshwar Dhayalan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rajeshwar started their career as a Software Trainee at L&T Construction, Inc. in 2016, where they focused on enhancing the product outage from the factory and worked on product module access control.

In 2016, Rajeshwar joined Expertus as an Associate Software Engineer. During their time there, they provided product support, worked on automated data migration for large organizations, and contributed to product enhancement and bug-fixes.

Since 2018, Rajeshwar has been working at ITILITE. Rajeshwar began as a Full Stack Developer, responsible for application enhancement and bug-fixes, and providing development support across different cloud platforms. Rajeshwar then transitioned to the role of a Senior Software Engineer, serving as a product lead dev and senior dev. In this capacity, they designed, implemented, and deployed APIs for the business application, allowing for consolidation and results from multiple partners. Rajeshwar also played a significant role in frontend application development for multiple client requirements.

In 2020, Rajeshwar was promoted to Technical Lead at ITILITE. Rajeshwar currently holds this position and continues to contribute their expertise and leadership to the company's technical initiatives.

Rajeshwar Dhayalan completed their education as follows:

- From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Application at Vellore Institute of Technology.

- From 2011 to 2014, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Arts & Science Careers.

- Between 2005 and 2011, Rajeshwar underwent their 10th and 12th grade education focusing on Maths-Biology at National Higher Secondary School in Gudiyattam.

In addition to their formal education, Rajeshwar also earned additional certifications. In October 2022, they completed the "Apache Kafka Essential Training: Getting Started" course offered by LinkedIn. Furthermore, in August 2021, they obtained the "React.js Essential Training" certification from the same institution.
