Jennifer Perry McIpd

Jennifer Perry MCIPD is the HR & Training Manager at itison, overseeing all HR, training, and recruitment activities. Previously, Jennifer was the Regional Learning Manager at John Lewis Partnership, where Jennifer led a team of learning facilitators across Scotland and the North of England. In addition, Jennifer also served as the HR Recruitment and Development Manager at John Lewis Sheffield, managing recruitment activities and learning interventions for 500+ Partners. Jennifer holds a BA (Hons) in Service Sector Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
