Graham Cooley

Chief Executive Officer at ITM Power

Graham Cooley is the current Chief Executive Officer at ITM Power. Graham has held this position since June 2009. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Sensortec from July 2007 to June 2009. Sensortec specialises in industrial diagnostics; developing ground breaking new technology and operating a highly successful analytical services business. The company owns Universal Sensors and Cawood plc. From February 2003 to July 2007, Cooley was the CEO of Metalysis. Metalysis is a leading technology business for the global specialty metals industry. Using the FFC Cambridge process, Metalysis has developed an important new technology for winning tantalum, titanium and other metals from the oxide. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Antenova from August 2000 to January 2003. Antenova is a leading developer and supplier of high performance antennas and RF antenna modules for mobile handsets, portable devices and laptop computers. Cooley's career began as a Business Development Manager at International Power PLC from December 1998 to August 2000. Graham then held the same position at National Power PLC from January 1994 to December 1998.

Graham Cooley earned a BSc (Hons) in Physics from UWIST, an MPhil and PhD in Materials Physics from Brunel University London, and an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Bradford. Graham is currently a DSM at the University of Oxford, where they manage innovation.

Calum Mcconnell - MD, ITM Power GmbH Germany, Charles Purkess - Business Development Manager, and Simon Bourne - Chief Technology Officer report to Graham Cooley.
