Kath Connell

Kath Connell has over 20 years of experience in HR and training roles. Kath is currently working as the Human Resources Director at ITM Power. Before that, they founded Affiner HR, a company that helps businesses with their HR needs. Prior to that, they were the Interim Head of HR at Ecus Ltd. Kath has also worked as the Head of People Development at Smiffys and as the Head of HR at EON Reality. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as HR Director at Theatre& and Company HR Manager at Impact Universal Ltd. Kath also has experience in regional HR and training roles at Powerhouse Retail and Distribution, Tesco, and Asda.

Kath Connell completed a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing, HR, Retail, Distribution, and Accounting at The University of Huddersfield from 1996 to 2000. Kath also pursued further education from 2009 to 2011 at Manchester Open Learning, where they obtained a degree in Strategic HRM (CIPD through PDS) with a specialization in Strategic HR, People Management, and Development.
