Seth McColley

Seth McColley, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at ITOCHU Building Products Holdings, Inc. since September 2022. Additionally, Seth is a Founding Ambassador for OpenWater Group, promoting a community for high-achieving professionals, and the Creator and Host of the podcast "6 Degrees or Less," focused on networking and relationship building. Previously, Seth held various leadership roles in human resources, including Vice President at Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc., and Talent Acquisition Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
