Sunil Adhikari

Sunil Adhikari has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sunil started their career as a Software Developer at Neolinx Pvt Ltd. in 2008, where they primarily worked on the development of web-based applications using technologies like PHP, MySQL, and JQuery. Sunil was responsible for implementing and maintaining various web-based solutions.

In 2012, Sunil joined ITONICS - The Innovation OS as a Software Developer. Sunil'sresponsibilities included enhancing the product based on client needs and feedback, as well as designing and developing web-application components. Sunil also mentored and guided their peers and team members.

Sunil worked their way up the ladder at ITONICS, eventually becoming a Senior Software Engineer in 2018. In this role, they were involved in configuration management of the company's product, wrote migration scripts for product updates, and provided maintenance and support for the legacy product.

In 2019, Sunil transitioned to the role of ESM (Employee Success Manager) at ITONICS. Sunil became responsible for the success of a team of 20 employees, monitoring their work and progress to achieve the best results. Sunil also effectively led a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of component-based software.

Most recently, Sunil has taken on the position of Lead Engineering Manager at ITONICS since February 2022. This role encompasses overseeing the success of the engineering team, although specific details about their responsibilities in this position have not been provided.

Sunil Adhikari's education history began in 1991 at Buddha Jyoti H.S.S, where they completed their School Leaving Certificate (SLC) in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2011. Following this, they attended Tilottama Campus from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued their 10+2 degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Afterward, from 2004 to 2008, Sunil attended Kantipur Engineering College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering.
