James Craig

James Craig has gained extensive work experience in the manufacturing engineering field. James started their career in 2005 at Rolls-Royce, where they held various positions such as Manufacturing Engineer, NPI ME Team Leader, and Acting Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In 2010, they became the New Product Introduction Manager and later the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. James also worked in roles involving external supply chain and equipment and tooling. In 2021, they joined ITP Aero as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager & Quality Lead. Currently, they are working at GKN Aerospace as the Chief Manufacturing Engineer and Head of Manufacturing Engineering. James'sresponsibilities include leading and developing the manufacturing definition system, managing multi-functional teams, and serving as the primary representative for manufacturing engineering in program and technical reviews.

James Craig completed their Master of Science degree in Operations Excellence at Cranfield University from 2006 to 2009.
