Jose Luis Herrero

Jose Luis Herrero has had a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Jose Luis started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Industria de Turbo Propulsores (ITP) in 2000. Jose Luis then joined Rolls-Royce as an ITP Engineering Representative from 2002 to 2004. After that, they returned to ITP and served as a Programme Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined ITP Aero as the Head of Trent Fleet Programmes, a position they held until 2012. Jose Luis subsequently served as the Head of Industrial Planning from 2012 to 2020, and then as the Head of Operations Planning from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Business - PW at ITP Aero.

Jose Luis Herrero completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Mechanics at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 1993 to 1999. Jose Luis then pursued a Master's Degree in Thermal Power at Cranfield University from 1999 to 2000.
