Sabyasachi Mohapatra

Sabyasachi Mohapatra has over 18 years of work experience in various finance and management roles. Sabyasachi started their career as a Sales Executive at Arc Systems Limited in 2001, where they focused on institutional and corporate sales. Sabyasachi then worked as a Sales Engineer at FONTUS WATER PRIVATE LIMITED from 2002 to 2003.

In 2005, Sabyasachi joined Indo Rama Synthetics (I) Ltd., starting as a Management Trainee and eventually becoming an Assistant Manager. Sabyasachi worked closely with the President of IRSL, assisting him in day-to-day assignments and strategic projects.

Sabyasachi then joined Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) in 2006 as a Deputy Manager, where they were part of the deal structuring team of Brand Capital. Sabyasachi was responsible for conducting industry and company analysis, valuation, and preparing investment cases. Sabyasachi also assisted investee companies in arranging second-round funding by preparing business plans and information memoranda.

In 2009, Sabyasachi joined WaterHealth International as the Head of Business Finance. Sabyasachi reported directly to the Group Financial Controller in California and was responsible for managing the financial operations of the Indian Subsidiary and its business units. Sabyasachi also played a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and strategic sourcing and investment decisions.

From 2017 to 2019, Sabyasachi worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Jodas Expoim Pvt Ltd. Sabyasachi handled the end-to-end finance, accounts, and taxation responsibilities, as well as additional responsibilities in information technology and procurement. Sabyasachi also played a key role in conceptualizing and implementing the company's financial strategy and planning and implementing strategic investments for growth.

Currently, Sabyasachi is working as the Chief Financial Officer at ITP Aero. Sabyasachi is responsible for managing the end-to-end finance function and other support functions, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Sabyasachi Mohapatra completed their Primary and Secondary Schooling at Denobili School, Sindri from 1984 to 1996. Sabyasachi then earned a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation from North Maharashtra University between 1997 and 2001. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they obtained a PGDM with a specialization in Marketing/Finance from International Management Institute - IMI.
