Jay Hilton-Miller

Jay is an expert in the offshore renewables industry and in particular the consenting and development process, with a track record of supporting offshore renewable projects across the UK in early concept, consent, construction and operational phases.

Jay is a full member of IMarEST and has extensive experience supporting large-scale offshore wind farm projects as a trusted advisor, including multi-disciplinary projects in the Celtic Sea, Scottish waters, the east coast of England and the English Channel. With an international background in marine and environmental science, Jay brings a network of collaborative contacts with a global reach, from SE Asia to the west coast of USA. Jay collaborates with members of diverse technical teams and has substantial experience in planning, engagement and liaison for both onshore and offshore stakeholders and regulators.
