Ruth Fain

Ruth works with developers, operators and corporates to optimise the efficiency of existing assets and gain planning and regulatory consent for new projects, facilitating the transition to low and zero carbon energy at both site and portfolio levels.

Ruth’s experience ranges from process control and innovation, through emissions monitoring and minimisation, to the development and implementation of Environment Social and Governance (ESG) and decarbonisation strategies. In each case, Ruth facilitates liaison between client engineering, planning and legal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. In partnership with our team of industry-leading trusted technical advisors, Ruth supports projects from their inception through development and permitting and into the commissioning and operational phases.

Ruth is a Chartered Scientist with over 18 years of experience of a wide range of environmental impact assessment, regulatory compliance, and environmental management projects in the food and beverage, industrial and manufacturing, renewable energy and development sectors.
