Nick McCalmont-Woods MRICS, SIOR, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in tenant representation and commercial real estate. As the Founder and Principal of McCalmont-Woods Real Estate LLP since January 2008, Nick specializes in serving office tenants and buyers in London's prime locations. Nick serves on the board of ITRA Global and FIDES Alliance, and co-founded the Tenant Representation Advisor’s Society, enhancing professional standards within the industry. Previously, Nick held partner positions at GVA Grimley and Jones Lang Wootton, and started a career in property management after graduating with a BSc in Urban Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
