Gilad Peled

Gilad Peled has a diverse work experience in the tourism and education industry. Gilad is currently serving as the Director of Education at itrek since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Tourism and Content Consultant and Tour Educator at Gilad Peled Tourism from September 2021 to October 2022. In this role, they provided expertise in designing content for Israel trips and offered lectures, tours, and personal encounters. Before that, they were the Guide Relationship Manager & Content Developer at Da'at Travel from January 2019 to March 2020.

Gilad also held various roles at The Jewish Agency for Israel, including Director of Israel Fellows Worldwide from October 2016 to December 2018, Director of Relations for The Jewish Agency for Israel - UJA Federation of Greater Toronto from October 2015 to October 2016, and Coordinator of JAFI Italy operations from January 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Representative in Italy for Masa Israel Journey from December 2012 to September 2015. Gilad started their career as a Shaliach in Rome for Hashomer Hatzair from October 2010 to September 2015. Throughout their career, Gilad has gained extensive experience in tourism, content development, and educational program management.

Gilad Peled completed a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology and Jewish Thought at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Jewish History at the University of Haifa from 2016 to 2019.
