Shivani Puri

Shivani Puri has been working in Human Resources for over 15 years. Shivani started their career as a People Manager at Xoriant Corp, where they were responsible for a variety of HR functions. In 2010, they became the Director of People and Culture at Blade Network Technologies/IBM, where they helped support the Silicon Valley Labs after the acquisition. In 2012, they joined Xtime/Cox Automotive Inc. as the Head of People and Culture, and grew the HR team to 10 employees. Shivani also helped scale the company from 75 to 1600+ global employees prior to the company's successful acquisition by Cox Automotive. Puri is currently the VP of Human Resources at ITRenew.

Shivani Puri has a degree in Organizational Development and Change Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Shivani also holds a Masters in Psychology from the University of Delhi, India.

Shivani Puri reports to Aidin Aghamiri, President & Chief Advisor. Shivani Puri works with Colin Fisher - CFO, Dave Cook - COO, and Chris Henderson - SVP, Engineering & Technology.
