Pavel Gromyko is an R&D Developer at ITRex Group since January 2022, specializing in software development. Simultaneously, Pavel has been a chef at Restoran since October 2016, overseeing restaurant kitchen management, product quality control, menu development, and inventory management. Previously, from May 2010 to July 2016, Pavel advanced from cook to Deputy Production Manager at the branch of LLC "Tabak-Invest," handling quality control, raw material management, compliance with technical standards, new dish development, staff scheduling, and organizational issues. Pavel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics and Enterprise Management from Minsk University of Management and various certifications from IT STEP Computer Academy and BELHARD Academy.
