Jeanne-Marie Bowman

Jeanne-Marie Bowman currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Development & Culture at Itron, Inc., a position held since October 2023. As the Founder and Executive Director of JMB Global Talent Solutions since January 2016, Jeanne-Marie specializes in executive coaching for global leaders, talent strategy development, and optimizing leader performance. Previous roles include Vice President and Chief Talent & Diversity Officer at LyondellBasell, where responsibilities involved enterprise succession and talent management for over 19,000 employees, and Group Head of Talent at Al-Futtaim Group, leading strategic talent initiatives for a workforce of over 40,000. Jeanne-Marie has also worked at Novartis, Dell, Freescale, and Motorola in various talent management roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Management from McGill University, an MS in Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, and a BA in Theatre and Speech Communications from Simpson College.
