Mel Moss FCIPD MA HRM MCMI has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Mel serves as Semi Retired Director of HR Solutions at Palantier Limited since August 2013. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director for Itron UK, overseeing the reorganization to global functional management, and as HR Director for the Electricity Division at Itron International, managing HR functions across 130 countries. Additional roles include HR Director for Actaris Global Metering Solutions and HR Manager at Schlumberger in both the Gas and Electricity divisions. Mel began a career in human resources as a Personnel Manager at Ransomes Simms and Jefferies and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Manchester Metropolitan University, in addition to an MA in HRM from Alliance Manchester Business School.
