Hugh Sadler

Hugh Sadler has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Starting in 1998, they worked as an ITIL Desktop Engineer/Network Support Engineer at Bytes Technology Solutions. Following that, they joined Mizuho International as an ITIL Senior Technical Support Engineer in 2001. In 2006, they became the Head of EMEA Service Delivery at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Hugh then owned and operated an upmarket Coffee Shop & Wine Bar in London from 2009 to 2010, which enhanced their business and professional skills. Hugh later worked as a Senior Agile Project Manager at Schroders in 2010 and at Barclays from 2016 to 2017. From 2011 to 2014, Hugh served as the Head of Europe & Asia Service Delivery at Visa Europe. Hugh then joined Derivco as a Senior Agile Project Manager from 2018 to 2019, successfully managing a network infrastructure migration project. Prior to their current position, Hugh worked as a Business Consultant at HD Services from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Enterprise Service Delivery & Managed Services (APAC, EMEA & AMER) at ITRS Group.

Hugh Sadler completed a diploma in Information Technology at Varsity College in 1997. Hugh then completed various training courses during their 18-year international working career from 1998 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Diploma in the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic, which started in 2023.
