Neil Ferguson

Neil Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Neil is currently serving as the Head of Commercial Sales Engineering at ITRS. Prior to this, Neil held the position of Director at Netvis. Neil also worked at Opsview, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Sales Engineering, Director of Customer Success, Head of Customer Success, Service Delivery Manager, and Technical Manager. In addition, they worked at Opsera as an Infrastructure Consultant, providing support for the internal infrastructure and delivering professional services engagements. Neil also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Altinity, where they provided support for the company's main product, Opsview, and delivered professional services to customers. Before that, they worked as a Technical Operations Support Analyst at Global Freight Exchange and as a Support Analyst at Syan, where they provided support and implemented configurations for AIX and Linux-based environments.

Neil Ferguson earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained certifications including EASA PPL(A) from the Civil Aviation Authority in 2017, as well as IR(R) and ME/IR certifications, both from the same institution.
