Etelmir Bitencourt Machado

Etelmir Bitencourt Machado has extensive work experience in project management and IT management roles. In 2011, they started as a Project Manager at Sonda, where they managed implementation projects and negotiated with clients. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Division Manager in the Software Factory at BB Tecnologia, overseeing a team of over 80 people and managing project development.

In 2014, they briefly served as IT Director at Vector Consultoría Tecnológica, responsible for general management and reporting to the headquarters. They then worked as an IT Management Consultant at Borba&Lewis Consulting, where they managed projects for the EMBRACO company.

From 2015 to 2016, they held the role of IT Manager at Hoepers S/A, where they managed internal development teams and handled contract management. In 2016, they joined FUSION Consultoria as a Senior Project Manager, leading ERP implementation projects and Agile development teams.

In 2019, they returned to ITS Group as a Project Manager, Executive Project Manager, and Development Manager. During this time, they managed ERP adjustments and improvements, conducted client meetings and planning, and supervised mobile sales and production maintenance teams.

In 2020, they joined Seidor as a Project Manager, handling the rollout of ERP SAP ECC and implementing SAP SAC Planning. They then worked at Thoughtworks from 2021 to 2023 as an IT Project Manager Lead, overseeing international projects related to device management platforms and business digitalization in the education sector.

Currently, Etelmir Bitencourt Machado is working as a Project Manager at ITS Group, starting in 2023.

Etelmir Bitencourt Machado has an extensive education history as follows:

From 1991 to 1999, Etelmir attended Unisinos and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics with a focus on Systems Analysis.

In 2003 and 2004, Etelmir pursued an MBA in Business Management at Unisinos, with a specialization in IT for Competitiveness.

From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations again at Unisinos.

Continuing their education, in 2021 and 2023, Etelmir enrolled in two MBA programs at Unisinos. The first one is focused on Entrepreneurship, Startups, and Innovation, while the second one emphasizes Marketing, Digital Launches, and Social Networks.

In addition to their academic achievements, Etelmir completed the Executive Mentoring Program from Bússola Executiva in August 2022.
