Marcelo Couto e Silva

Marcelo Couto e Silva possesses extensive legal expertise with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial law. Currently serving as Assessor jurídico at ITS Group since July 2012, Marcelo provides consultancy on business operations, contracts, litigation, and corporate matters for a technology firm. Additionally, Marcelo has been practicing as an attorney at COUTO E SILVA ADVOGADOS since March 2002, specializing in negotiations of national and international contracts and judicial litigation. Marcelo's academic experience includes roles as a professor at several institutions, including PUCRS and ULBRA, teaching subjects such as Commercial Law and Civil Law.
