Carol Menzel

Carol Menzel is a seasoned professional in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Global Hotel Sourcing Manager at ITS - Internet Travel Solutions since February 2022. Prior experience includes notable roles such as Director of Product & Operations for JetBlue Getaways at JetBlue Airways from September 2016 to October 2018, and Director of Global Tour Operator Sales at Playa Hotels & Resorts from March 2014 to April 2016. Carol's career also encompasses a position as Regional Manager for the Caribbean at Travelocity and as a Product Buyer at The Mark Travel Corporation. Additionally, Carol briefly held the role of Product Manager at NLG in 2003. An alumnus of the University of Florida, Carol earned a BS in Advertising, Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication between 1984 and 1988.
