Julia C. Lautenbacher has over 20 years of experience in strategy, growth management, business development, and technology. In 2022, they will become the Head of Strategy Europe for IT'S July, a new AI-powered matchmaking platform for families. Julia C. is also the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Nomadville. Prior to this, from 2017 to present, they have been a Startup Advisor, Business Mentor, and Growth Manager. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer of Pixelrocket Media, a B2B media outsourcing platform and e-commerce service provider for high volume digital image creation and processing. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Manager of IT Project Management and IT Audit at PwC. Before that, from 2006 to 2008, they were the Project "ICS Implementation in Global Strategic Procurement" at SIG Combibloc. From 2005 to 2006, they were the Project "Organisational Development in Corporate Accounting" at AMB Generali Holding AG. Finally, from 2001 to 2005, they were the Head of Processes and Quality Management and Business and Management Consultant at BSH GmbH.

Julia C. Lautenbacher received their Diplom-Kauffrau FH, Business Studies degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Aachen University of Applied Sciences - FH Aachen between 2002 and 2007. Julia C. has also obtained two additional certifications, Growth Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2022 and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in January 2021.
